Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices include 10% GST and are shown and charged in Australian Dollars.
Shipping
Items in stock at our warehouse are generally shipped within two business days after receiving your order. You should expect
to receive your goods within 2 days from shipping for east coast locations, or within 7 days from shipping for other locations.
We use Gtex couriers for deliveries to all locations. Deliveries must be signed for in all instances. Please provide an
address where someone will be present. If no-one is available upon delivery, a notification card will be left at your address
and your goods will be taken back to the depot. You should then contact the courier depot and arrange a rescheduled delivery
time. This will incur an additional delivery fee of $12. Alternatively, you may nominate at checkout for the goods to be
left unattended at the delivery address, which will incur no additional cost.

Out of Stock
Items that are out of stock will be noted as such when you are selecting them in the table setting. If an item is not in
stock you may select another colour or different item altogether. If you would like to keep your original order, then out
of stock items will be placed on back order. Out of stock items may take up to 3 months to arrive. You will only be charged
freight once. Back orders do not incur additional freight costs.
International Orders
At present we only ship within Australia.
Gift Wrapping
We do not offer specialised gift wrapping at present. The nature of our goods means that they require protective packaging
for transport, which is not compatible with gift wrapping.
Return of Damaged Goods
Beclau will replace any goods that arrive damaged, providing you notify us of their condition within 48 hours of receipt.
Please send a photo of damaged goods as proof to info@beclau.com.
Change of Mind
Beclau will issue a credit for exchange of goods if you change your mind after purchase. A credit note will be issued for
use against your next purchase. Beclau will not pay for return postage and all goods returned must arrive in a re-saleable
condition. Please return the items with a copy of your order and relevant personal details so we can attribute the return
to you.
